An excessive amount of eye strain can result in headaches. Your eyes can become tired from things like prolonged screen staring or improper setup. This is referred to as eye strain. It’s crucial to take pauses from screens to avoid headaches from eye strain. Also, ascertain that your screen is not overly bright and that it is at eye level.
