How does the RAD140 work?
RAD140 is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator. This SARM stimulates androgen receptors in bone and muscle with higher affinity than the reproductive organs.
This SARM is selective as it has different proteins that interact with the androgen receptor, when they bind, the RAD140 will release the different proteins and the cells will respond. Proteins can initiate or inhibit the effects of RAD140 at the androgen receptor, causing only some to be activated throughout the body, but not all.
RAD140 stimulates the bones and muscles while inhibiting the prostate and seminal vesicles, which are responsible for sperm production. It also increases liver enzymes.
What should be the dose?
Athletes and bodybuilders who use the muscle-building androgens with SARMs need to use these substances in cycles. Normally they must be supplemented with the substance consistently between 8 to 12 weeks. After completing a cycle, users will need to stop supplementing to allow hormones to return to their natural levels.
This is called post-cycle therapy or it is also called PCT which is a process that is necessary in order to ensure the safety of hormone supplementation.
